David Fisher

David has been in the business of leadership and change for the past thirty five years. His background has spanned such diverse disciplines as family counseling, leading public training courses world-wide, leading community youth at risk programs throughout the U.S., founding a non-profit global youth leadership foundation, to participating in the start up of a major retail computer company. His company, Fisher Associates is celebrating its twenty year anniversary this year. In the past several years he has focused almost exclusively on developing leaders at the top levels of departments and working on, not only how to cascade change throughout organizations, but how to sustain the changes.

The clients come from such varied industries as telecommunications, software, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceuticals, engineering, food, fragrances, automobiles and toys. The revenues range from (US) $3 million to (US) $300 billion annually.

The distinctive benefit is that all engagements begin addressing the human factor along with the business results factor. All engagements are originally co- designed with the clients on a close working relationship using their unique vision and commitments.

David holds a B.A. Degree from the university of San Francisco, and counseling certificates through a joint family counseling program delivered by the University of California, Berkeley allowing him to be a family counselor.

On a personal note, David enjoys challenges. He has completed numerous marathons, competed in the International Ironman Triathalon Championship, and has completed several high altitude treks in the himalayas.

A unique feature about this group is that each consultant owns their own consulting firm. This may be why each consultant has a keen understanding of how to balance innovation with business fundamentals.
